Alamitos Technology is run by Logan Thomas, principal. The name comes from Alamitos Bay and Alamitos Avenue in Long Beach and Los Alamitos in Orange County, the two counties the business serves.
The idea
Most small businesses do not need an IT department. They need one good person.
Most of the owners we work with are busy, and many would rather not think about technology at all. They want their website to look right, their email to work, their computers to turn on, and one number to call when something breaks.
That is the whole model. One person takes your call, comes to your office, does the work, and stays reachable afterward. Nothing gets handed to a help desk, and nothing gets explained in jargon.
Because the same person builds the website and sets up the office, the pieces fit. Your domain, email, business listing, computers, and accounts all get set up to work with each other rather than by three vendors who never talk.

Logan builds websites and sets up office technology for small businesses in Los Angeles and Orange County, and lives in downtown Long Beach. He has built and now maintains the website and office setup for a Los Angeles construction management firm, and works with owners who prefer things explained plainly and done once.
